bzzz is a push notification platform that lets organizations send native iOS push notifications to users who subscribe through the bzzz app. By using bzzz, as an organization or end user, you agree to these terms.
When you create an organization on bzzz, you are responsible for the content of every notification you send. You agree not to send spam, misleading content, or anything illegal. We reserve the right to suspend organizations that violate these terms.
End users can subscribe and unsubscribe from organizations freely. No account is required. bzzz does not control the content of notifications sent by organizations. Each organization is responsible for what they send.
API access is subject to rate limits. Free tier: 500 subscribers and 1,000 notifications per month. Paid plans have higher limits as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access for abuse.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Push notification delivery depends on Apple's APNs service, which is outside our control. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered notifications.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months.
You can delete your organization and all associated data at any time from the dashboard. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify active organizations of significant changes via email. Continued use of bzzz after changes constitutes acceptance.
